There are many indication that we'll have a tough year next year. Many people are concerned. From the strategic direction, I do not think the execs are steering in right direction. Interline used to be more nimble, creative - now, many people are just indifferent and wait for paychecks. The senior guys just want their bonuses and there is very little investment in our people. We'll see what 2015 brings and if we'll have cuts.

Almost anyone I've ever known at US Lock, a division of Interline, is gone from there and the industry. It's a shell of the company it used to be.
