Any company does NOT have to care about you. They just have to pay you! You have your own family to care about you. Go to work, get paid, go home to the family who cares about you. This goes for management and lower employees. It's a bit hypocritical to say "The company does not care about me" and yet YOU are showing you don't care about the company by bashing them.
