Well, in California now, by law, you have to have an affirmative YES. The "never said NO" doesn't work anymore LOL.
Blah, blah, blah. That's like telling a homeowner it's his fault a burglar stole all his stuff and raped his dog because the house didn't have enough locks and the dog never said "no."
