That is what makes it difficult at any company. Many times the co-workers and accomplishments of the team make work fun and feeling successful and accomplished. I feel the same way and handing on that if things can turn around.
Same here, tired of the bullshit. Sick of constantly demanding 200% out of my associates and not being able to pay/reward them as they deserve because Staples is too damn cheap.
I know retail is retail, but Staples is getting extremely bad to work for.
I am told this repeatedly. ...but I do have to say I really enjoyed working here..I have had a really good/funny/reliable hard working crew over the past 15 years...many friends but the company has changed...it's difficult to keep a fake smile and hope when you know "something" is happening. .just not sure what/when....it's sad!!
