This company hired temporaries to fill full time positions and keeps them in that position for years without hiring them and this is just one of the ways this company violates it's own "Moog Culture" which in itself is a joke. I retired because of this but the remaining people need to start thinking about forming a Union before it is to late. Do not think this company won't throw you under the bus.

Everything I read here is true. Moog and its shareholders are going to suffer for it/
They'll laying off U.S. citizens until such time that it will be nothing but Europeans working there. Having a European as CEO is not what should have happened and paying enormous amounts of money to relocate people from Europe doesn't make sense. Premium U.S. managers with strong degrees and vast knowledge are being ignored for top positions. I'd love to see how much money they've spent on relocation packages. And, of course, strong talks of, yet, another layoff is heavy on people's minds. I wonder how many Europeans they've laid off in the U.S......not one. It's time to restructure the top management team and bring this company back to earth.
It was always like this - greed and more greed at top levels
I was a temp for 14 months in Plant 20, after watching less qualified but better connected people get hired I left. I've got friends there still and wish them the best.
