We hit a small snag with the CFPB. The deal is not in jeopardy at this time. I apologize that the announcement did not go as planned. I'll will update again when I have more information/ final word. I am not a troll and not trying to give any false information; I truly want people to have truth. I am prepared to be blasted for my mistake.

Oh! Yea!! http://familyguy.wikia.com/wiki/Kool-Aid_Man
905 Gosh I don't want to seem like a stalker. But you are such an easy mark. All I have to do it search for "kool aid" to guess your agenda. You have expended quite an effort here trying to convince the employees that all hope is lost in the hope that you can make some money in the (short)stock market. What sort of twisted bastard would do that. Answer, Mr. Kool Aid would.
905 You seem proud of calling this "Trade Craft" out. I searched for this term, like I searched for OP previous posts. It seems all you are interested in is discrediting this person you call "Trade Craft". You seem to be convinced you can identify the person who is writing, yet you failed to notice that the OP was actually claiming not to be a genius.
Yes 900 (aka Mr. Trade Craft). You are indeed a genius. Geniuses spend their time poking around this cite like an abandoned child needing affirmation. Yes, true genius.
Most geniuses don't have time for jump the shark endeavors.
900 I am 895, 897. Maybe the OP is spreading false hope. Sure this is possible. Statistically unlikely however. From previous experience with the disgruntled ex employees of this board. I have to honestly say, none of them seemed quite this imaginative. What are the odds that we are dealing with an absolute genius in temporarily deceiving people for no apparent reason.
How is it a non-cash sale? How does that pay off the banks? I believe the OP is a legitimate employee because they know the IT programs we use but I'm now thinking he is just spreading false hope. Maybe he's a former employee just trying to mislead the rest of us.
How can the sales of CCi schools be a non-cash process? Heald alone is worth a half billion dollars. Non-cash? Yeah right
I am also 895 in the previous post. I believe very few of the posters on this board, some of them are embarrassments to humanity shielded from being punched in the face by their keyboards. I have checked the previous posts by the OP. Posts about upcoming furloughs and now topics about how people will be transferred from one company to the next. Obviously the poster's concerns are with the employees who want to know what is happening with their jobs and have been kept in the dark for months. I realize some people are too dense to notice the difference, but I think the OP is doing the best they can to keep employees up to date.
OP is correct. Final detail is CFPB (albeit important). White House now involved....it will get done. Too much to lose for everyone. Hang tough...
Don't give yourself so much credit, OP.
The CFPB is involved because it is a non-cash sales process and some liability is being transferred. ECMC wants some guarantee that the CFPB will not come after them immediately following the change of ownership. The CFPB is only committed to a 9 month grace period. Also, ECMC would assume lease liability and the CSC would remain in CA for 3 years.
As is typical, the people with the least amount of knowledge have the most to say. You are lucky this company has 10,000 employees or the stock market leaches wouldn't know squat about anything. Let's go over this again. The employees of this company don't give two beans about the stock market, they care about where they will be working next month. Got it? Good!
Hi , everyone, this is Jack's assistant, announcement coming in 6 weeks.
A formal 8K will be filed on Christmas eve at noon.
Happy Holidays !
LOL...of course, I was expecting this post today. So here is where it makes no sense at all and obviously another troll.
If there were any issues with CFPB it would be IRRELEVANT as it relates to ECMC. CFPB has issues with CCI , no ECMC. ECMC is buying the assets of CCI, not CCI itself. So the CFPB would still go after CCI and leave ECMC be, as all they have done is buy the assets of the problem child CCI.......
So troll, come up with better lies or better yet, go outside and do something constructive rather than sit on your computer all day posting BS, over and over and over
Announcement in two weeks.
Just stop posting you pathetic fake......GET A LIFE!
