It's public knowledge in the presentation on the SG site that 300+ jobs will be cut. Rumors are flying that majority of the cuts will be to WMS to get rid of overlapping positions. Also rumors are stating it's happening end of Nov.

That date makes sense, it's the next payroll date after Thanksgiving. I have a feeling it will be the Wed or Thurs because payroll will already be processed.
Layoffs after Thanksgiving but before Christmas. Dec 12th?
The timing of the layoffs coincide with the fiscal calendar. Bally/SHFL acquisition - Feb layoff middle of 3rd qtr. June layoff-before end of Bally's fiscal year June 30. Sci Games end of fiscal year Dec 31, guaranteed layoff within the next 3 weeks. Sci Games won't carry the dead weight into next fiscal year. I hope no one was surprised that this aquisition closed this quickly!
Roughly 9500 employees between the combined companies now with 21% reduction in workforce, looking closer to 2000 layoffs ladies and gents.
Its going to be way more than 300!
300 is chump change compared to how many will eventually be laid off. You don't get to 235 million in synergies cutting 300 jobs.
