Yes the managers / directors and VP's are heavy here, weight intended as well. Fat pigs. They make the managers and controllers do Staff work. Putting in an average of 75 hours a week. 40 of witch is paid, then yelled at for not getting everything done. You want a severance, not going to happen, they will make up an excuse to fire you so no money paid out.
