What are you thoughts? Pay, benefits? I was offered a position in finance but not sure if I should accept.

Human resources might as well not exist. There is no privacy, they are there to help the company not the employees.
Management is iron Mountain's biggest downfall! All they care about is numbers anymore not the customers or the employees! We are extremely busy right now but they laid off so many of our people. So everybody has to work at three or four people and no management to turn to. What a joke!
This company has gone so downhill! The management is the biggest downfall! Every week more paperwork new policies! Just to do the same job I've been doing for 20 years ! I absolutely dread going into work every day! Are used to enjoy it.
Pay can be much better, you are just a number here. At the same time we are big and that provides some security and safety. Also, internal processes are fairly good so you'll get training, etc. So, if you compare us with competitors, Iron Mountain is a good company to work for
