Will not maintain most of its executive leadership. Duplicate roles will be let go: human resources, marketing, finance, some IT, regional oversight for admissions, student services, registrar, career services. Only WASC support roles will remain in place. If no announcement made by end November, then no sale will be made of a Heald as a whole. The 12/31 date established for CCI was for the whole. You will see certain campuses shut down or sold separately before then.

Not good news
The only good thing is that we have WASC. If they cannot purchase us as a whole, there's no way WASC would allow the departed schools maintain their accreditation.
If Heald breaks up, there may be chances they will lose accreditation. I head the Portland campus may be bought separately and must be changed to national accreditation.
And you know this how?
Tic toc
Student enrollment is pretty good right now so buyers like that. The problem is all of the lawsuits.
You must must really believe that you think you know what you are talking about! Keep trying!
No one has been to San Francisco
Has anyone seen any one on campus that May gave done due diligence? It is unlikely a buyer would not come to the campuses to see what they are buying.
