Offers for new jobs can't be made until those jobs have been secured. We can't become emoyees of one company until the sake is completed.

Employment at CCi and ECMC is "at will." ECMC can make you an offer and you can accept while telling CCi to "kiss your ass." Two week notice is not required and neither is the completion of the sale. Excuse me the sake!!
