SciGames just layed off 5% at WMS just before the merger. They "Synergized" 15% more over the last year. A lot of dead-weight was removed, but now a lot of very talented people are quitting. Morale is in the toilet as the rats are scrambling to reach higher ground as the ship sinks, and back-stabing is rampant. When they cut another 10+% next week it will be the Coup de Grace.

Bally already just went through two RIFs! They've been bleeding great employees ever since. Its only well paid under achievers that want to stay... Everyone else I know is already job hunting and they expect two rounds or more of layoffs just like last time. They don't believe management lies like what we heard last time about "this is it, no more layoffs" ... Sorry guys, your honesty card was overplayed before the merger!
