Are you sure that person is only pretending to be a student? The person wrote "this is what heald should of been" which looks like a Heald student's level of writing.

Heald is closing for good. I can see it. Just like Providian did. Heald is a joke. Horrible program and school. Thank you President obama for doing something about profit schools.

Heald will close. I just signed up for a new college that I love. I bet it will. No one is going to buy it in 3 weeks. EVERYONE THINKS Heald will stay in business. I doubt it will. The thing is people got greedy. this is what heald should of been

To clarify - I meant the California Everest schools.
She won't drop the lawsuit. Even with significant pressure from Ed Department, she maintained that liabilities and lawsuits are the obligation of the new buyer. Hence, ECMC did not buy the Everest schools.
The AG could drop the lawsuit at any time, but why would she?
“If the AG is not willing to release the liability of any buyer, it’s unlikely that (the schools) are going to be sold,” said Robyn Smith, an attorney with the National Consumer Law Center. “It’s possible, but I don’t see that liability something a buyer would be willing to take on.”
