Play office politics by showing up for your Christmas parties ... or get canned. Now, to be real, you really should do it for team spirit, tonshow appreciation for being employed when so many others aren't, and to get free meals and entertainment.

There are plenty of people still employed at SF who didn't attend last year's party, despite a similar statement on this site way back then. You need to come up with some new material.
Christmas parties are a wonderful way to bid SF a not-so-fond forever farewell.
Everybody needs to show up for Strategic's final parties.
Strategic is a family-friendly company. If things are like when I was there, the Christmas party will have things for your children to do. I hated the work, but loved the people, including most bosses.
