What's happening to Waukegan? Are jobs moving to Chicago or is everyone being "laid off?"

Bally has made it publicly known the headquarters will be in Las Vegas. I doubt they will be OK with the Chicago office being "prettier" than the Corporate office in Las Vegas. I just don't see them adding more resources to Chicago but instead find ways to possibly close it and save the costs it takes to keep it up and running. Just a guess.

Do you think chicago he dev will have a large lay off? I was thinking it makes sense to let go admin, sales, redundancy and high level mgrs or vp's.

Does WMS own the building for HQ? If they do, I doubt they will close it. Sci Games will most likely shut down the Bally sites that are leased and move into WMS bldg. Bally has game developed all over the place, I would think they'd keep WMS game dev where it is now

Will anyone be offered relocation to Vegas? Just curious if that is even an option or is it just buh-bye!

A company email was sent out stating that the gaming manufacturing facility in Waukegan will moved to Vegas by the end of 2015.

Anything happening to or with the employees in the Chicago office? Any chatter since the acquisition?

A lot will be cut this week. Some will have a chance to move to Chicago or elsewhere, but would a lot of people want to?
