Which would you like better

Good employers do both. That statement really is true. I agree with that reply. It is a simple, but accurate, statement. The person who became irritated and defensive is out of line.
I see a company dick sucker has gotten riled about some honest opinions. P.S. I'm the one who posted the first reply, mentioning ingrates. I'm sort of with you, just not an ass about it. And I left Strategic two years ago on good terms. It wasn't good, but it was an acceptable job.
Good employers this, the company sucks about that, complain, complain, complain, but yet so many stay. Either figure out you really don't have it that bad and you just love to complain, or go somewhere else for work. Complaining for months about how terrible it is and yet never leaving just makes you sound like fools.
Good employers do both.
Money is better. But free food is good, too. Take what you can get, you ingrate.
