With the impending layoff across Bally and WMS and SG, nobody is motivated to do anything. I'm sure this will hurt the Q4 numbers even more. This thing is being mismanaged into the ground.

It's sad to see and hear the duress people are going through and all before xmas as well. They literally are still staying late to meet deadlines.
I can tell you from what I've seen, morale is destroyed at Bally. People that survive the first round of these new RIFs will still be searching for a job! The good ones will quit because they know there are better employers that want to hire them. Good employees will move on and leave the underperforming to pick up the pieces.
As Mgmt, You've not just killed morale with the merger, your sucking the company dry to pay execs and shareholders a quick profit. All the while enriching slimeball Goldman Sachs connected tools.
WMS for a profitable company before SGMS who hadn't turned a profit in years took over and then cut a ton of people. It will be the same story with Bally.
