Yes, but I was laid of NOvember 7th. Still haven't seen my bonus and my severance was delayed because someone "forgot" to file the paperwork. So if losing your job around the holidays isn't enough they like to keep making things worse.
Yes, you will get your unsed vacation time, a retention bonus(if you stay until the end) and the severance pay.
Yes if not used by the end of year/or severanced out by 12/31....because vacation time starts accruing for 2015 on 1/1/15.
