Here's how to get rid of the top idiots at Socle: (1) KD - just ask her to explain ANY actual process that takes place there, (2) DS - track what he watches on his computer, (3) MH & his male cronies - get a few drinks in them and ask them how they feel about women, (4) just about every other manager at Socle - simple IQ test (3 digit number to stay employed). Below manager level it's a pretty knowledgeable and hardworking crew. You're welcome!

686: It's not the CV knowledge that makes them valuable, it's the FA. I decided to leave a couple of months ago and have sent out eight resumes (only for jobs paying over $60K). Eight calls back, eight interviews, deciding between two offers now. But I have 5 years FA experience, which makes me a highly skilled and specialized employee.
"Floor staff" will also be facing RIFs. Years of crappy policies and ethics are ingrained in all aspects of Everest. Within 3 months, more than half of everyone will be gone. Campusvue is not a nuclear bomb, you can easily train new people for cheaper.
579: I think they (ECMC) will sh*t a brick when they show up and look at our ridiculous excuse for an org chart. Even BEFORE they find out how much money the hoardes of "managers" make and start talking to floor staff and find out how little the chiefs actually do. There's not a chance they won't clean house, but I'm also guessing that the floor staff will be kept on. It's hard to find people with both financial aid and CampusVue knowledge. Especially ones who will work for a living, like our floor staff. I'll bet in a year they'll hardly be able to remember the bloated disfunction that was CCi Socle. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I'm in favor of bringing SLS back too. jacka** drove her away. We are lost without her. We can create a BS work from home job for CB who adds NO value, but do NOTHING for SLS that actually did her job and more. I hope the word gets out to ECMC.
Directors and VPs def have to go. Managers are a mixed bag. Don't matter though, ecmc will replace the top with their own. Always happens. I'm sticking around to see who they bring in. Could be a big improvement. I want sls back too.

326 - I'm the OP. Don't worry, I happen to NOT be one of the three floor people whose name DS has learned. We're just nameless, faceless drones to him, which is why he yells at all of us.
