Socle is a mess without her! You can ask any employee there - she was the only one worth anything and the only one who "did the right thing." You'll need to get rid of the bullies at the top (KD, DS, etc). She'll never come back with them still there, and Socle will never be right with her gone!
If you want this department to be successful, fire the knuckleheads and bring her back!
I believe that the supervisors, trainers, and agents all do a good job with what they are given to work with. Upper management is not so good.

Oh God, Socle is the worse! They fire anyone who tries to follow regulations without warning, and at this point all that's left are totally useless hacks. Well, at least in management. No company with an HR department (Socle has no HR) would tolerate KD, DS, or MH. They are bat-shit crazy people!
Socle is ran by the same people that caused the demise of CCI. Be very careful.
