Can anyone please explain to me why we're being told that Socle Education Inc. was purchased by ECMC? Every press release and email and the 8k all say that 56 campuses were bought. Socle is a company, owned by CCi but separate, and it's certainly not a campus or a part of a campus or a department within a campus. Socle has other FA clients outside of CCi. It doesn't make any sense to me.

50451 you clearly have no clue. Best to keep your ignorance contained. The jealously among non-socle folks is sad - entertaining, but sad.
50066 - I'm hoping that was some kind of attempt at sarcasm. If so...fail! Of course Socle isn't in a good position. It's poorly run and full of miserable reps. ECMC doesn't need them (or their clients BTW) so it's only a matter of time before the whole Socle mess is finally put out of its misery. THANK YOU ZEUS!
SOCLE is in an even better position than previously thought. THANK YOU JESUS!!
News Flash ---> Socle was sold!!!!
Dallas Mystery Man got Socle. Wise up.
Hey 984 - You're wrong!! Socle will be integrated into ECMC. They provide exactly the same services as Socle only BETTER!! The agents will have no issue with becoming an employee of ECMC, they will be trained in ECMC's way to doing business. However, your management job will be of questionable value to them IF you continue the way you managed at Socle. You are the one that needs to be on your best behavior.

OP - everyone on here is lying to you. We will be a servicer to ECMC. They don't own us and we're NOT going to see any changes in our management structure or policies. So keep your nose to the grindstone and be glad you worked for Socle and not Everest. It means you still have a job. It also means that there is about to be a shitload of competition for your jobs as ECMC starts "trimming costs" as they've put it. Be on your best behavior.
Socle is another brand, just like "Everest" or "WyoTech." They are not big enough to be worth mentioning. They will be specified as part of the package in the actual contract, but don't expect any mentions in press releases.
