Thread regarding SAE Institute (formerly the School of Audio Engineering) layoffs

Thank you, SAE Corporate USA.....

For using SAE as a playground. At first I thought the management team was young and inexperienced for this level of responsibility of OUR LIVELIHOODS! Now I realize that they were just too immature. Selfish children playing with our jobs. Screwing up the budget and not properly managing costs. Nice job. Well done!

It's time for change. But please change the right people at corporate. seriously? Program Development, Compliance and Placement? Those are the ones let go? I just lost that much more faith in SAe. If Davie or even McKinkey were still here, that would NOT have happened.

We are all miffed. No one is talking from corporate, but that's no surprise. It gets harder to come to work every day. They are playing with our lives here.

I've been here for 3 years and I've never seen it at its worst! I've never seen George come to the campus or Will that COO guy, the Ceo or most of the functional people. When the functional people do come.. I hear they don't even help their department, they just go into a room and get on calls with the corporate team. what a waste of time, money and space.

I'm done at SAE. We lost good people since they've been here over the course of a year.

I heard that the forecasting of enrollments was put on an analyst in her 20s who's never step foot on a campus or understands the trends of attrition.
