Please shoot a pull list in electronics tonight while you are manager on duty because we had to cut payroll." "I'm putting you on a pip because you aren't coaching sales, you are doing too much tasking." "You suck." "Call your general manager at home and tell them they have the worst attachment rate for last week in the whole region, I don't care if it's their day off." "Every other district is succeeding at doing free phone checks, why are we the only ones that suck so bad. The difference is the people. And those who can't figure out how to give away a free service aren't good enough to work in this district in 2015." It drives me nuts that we focus all our time and energy on free this check and free that check, but we ignore the customers begging for help on the floor that just want to give us money for products. Oh, and no one wants to buy a warranty. I want to scream at the district and regional managers who by clearance electronics and won't purchase a protection plan. Jerks.

Seriously people? I just found a used tampon laying on a shelf with the kid's school supplies and we had 25 office chairs returned for having feces on them here in Arizona. No wonder we are all going out of business and will be looking for work before the end of the year!

Finding used condoms, soiled underwear, and pile of human feces at random places around our store. Is f'n disgusting.

Doing everything in my store except my actual job functions because the store is so lightly staffed, then get bashed for getting "nothing" done.

Crappy equipment, customers with outrageous expectations. Getting screwed over on bonuses while f***-heads in Framingham take theirs.

My own thoughts of "I can fix this" when the shit is totally FUBAR.

Waking up at 3am with a toothache from grinding my teeth.

Exploitation of customers, inferior policies, salaried upper level staff working less while the rest have to work off the clock just to survive, new initiatives weekly and most come and go before they are tweaked and fully supported, massive layoffs moving location to location with a disreputable method of implementation, the reduction in talent, and the lack of esteem that comes from a company in the briar patch.

Lack of feeling secure in my job even though we have been told that we are. It feels like there is alot going on in the background that we don't know about. We are asked to do things and it seems like its a way that will justify ushering us to the door eventually.
