Uti is not the only company that abuses salary and work ethic. OFF hand management is the wave of the present. Get paid more and do less is the motto of America. Little people want to raise the minimum wage, other little people who live in reality realize ... raise the wages and work with two less people. Enjoy your dollar, you are now three workers.
I am a little person, I would like a raise but I expect nothing. I work hard, I get irritated but when push comes to shove, I like what I do for my students to see them graduate. To know they are successful. The more OFF hands a manager is, the less they know the job or what it means, if they had more competantcy you would never get a severance, just fired. Too many people wait, unfortunatley, to write these letters until they are fired, or severenced. The incompetent managers has created the severance package fund for many people who have been fired due to lack of manager accountability. So this is a catch 22. If the alleged persons accepted these severance payments, they too abused the use of title IV funds. So... the teacher has become the master. Plus, our students cash payments, Aternate funding and future interest payments pay that also. SO the whole system goes round and round. It's a big ball of politics.
Corporate is just a piece of the puzzle, in the meantime there are staff members there working hard to do the best the can to make sure students are successful. Letters like this may be accurate from your view. But once you are fired .... laid off etc. Your labeled disgruntled and you can't save the whale after the water has dried up. And..
