Workers may be legally obligated to report any fraud or crimes that are occurring at ITT Tech. On the other hand, you also have the right to file a whistleblower lawsuit for damages. You are not required to stay silent, no matter what you have signed, if what ESI and ITT Tech are doing is criminal (e.g. fraudulent). That said, people need to be careful in speaking out.
