All non faculty forced to take a non paid week off, not a good sign.
Just a heads up. No matter who buys Heald, they will be gutting the corporate office.
They said that at the town hall there was many bidders so they are probably just getting the highest bid. We just have to wait to see the best deal.
It's coming. I can't say more, but you should hear soon.
Don't kid yourselves. It's a bunch of bullshit!!
It should be soon. There are more than one buyer who wants it and this is a bidding war.
Im guessing the buyout will be the college of bankruptcy.
I wouldn't read a lot into the "deadline" issue. The previously stated dates were goals and target dates, not firm deadlines. Anyone who has ever handled a complex transaction will recognize that negotiations always take longer than expected. As an aside, we should remember that some of those "deadlines" came from CCI senior management. How much value is there in any statement coming from that crowd?
Nobody knows and they keep pushing the announcement back which is making everyone anxious. Order your transcripts to be safe.
No definitive news as of yet
