They said that at the town hall there was many bidders so they are probably just getting the highest bid. We just have to wait to see the best deal.

I wouldn't read a lot into the "deadline" issue. The previously stated dates were goals and target dates, not firm deadlines. Anyone who has ever handled a complex transaction will recognize that negotiations always take longer than expected. As an aside, we should remember that some of those "deadlines" came from CCI senior management. How much value is there in any statement coming from that crowd?
