There has been NO sale. NONE. It's not possible. And let's not forget in the filing that they stated DOE and the accreditation bodies have to also give approval. That's not going to happen in a weekend.

I agree with 33810. We have been prepped for sale long before CCI made the public announcement of all campuses being sold. They probably were tring to sell for more than the current purchase price of 65 million though. We have had "visitors" come by corporate for some time now.
Touché!
Interesting
33760... This is 33742. Think about Darren Gold and where he came from and his connections. He was from Gryphon Investments which focuses in education (Delta Colleges). Why do you think Eeva was originally pushed out and Darren brought in? It was to aid in selling the division. He couldn't get it done and realized that the Heald sale was more challenging than he imagined because of the CCI issues. Follow where he goes to next. It will be loaded on LinkedIn soon enough. Eeva Deshon has one experience of a sale: Heald and CCI. And that experience was really driven by Nolan Miura, former Heald CEO, and who was the VP of Mergers and Acquisitions at ... Guess... CCI before he came on board as CEO of Heald. He was actually approached to return, but already is settled on the two other boards of school systems. He recommended Eeva Deshon with offering consulting assistance. So believe this... Heald has been on the market for some time now. But I you are correct... I have no idea. I just know.
You're making assumptions, based on information you have no idea about.
Correct. And they have been trying to sell Heald for at least 6 months already. Even before all the AG issues
