I have been treated very well at DST. Have received promotions almost every year, nice raises, and have been given positions of responsibilities even before I was ready for them-so I could grow into them. I am constantly commended. Help is always there from my superiors. The key to success is to let it be know you "enjoy" this company. To many people here make negative comments about DST and believe me those comments are noted and remembered. So if your a malcontent, whiner, outwardly unhappy - don't expect DST to go out of its way for you. Team players are appreciated.

Its not a joke. Your attitude somewhat directs your success. Be positive towards DST. Can you be an actor even if you don't like DST? Many people (and politicians) act their way to the top. I decided to act at first, then when treated well, became positive. If things sour I can find another job. I am not planning on staying forever. But for now, act positive, you can be sure your manager is measuring that first and foremost. Even if you make mistakes, if your positive they will be reluctant to beat you up. Just try it.
