Gulloin can't increase revenues so he's cutting expenses. Gave himself a 22% increase to 12.5 million in 2013. This is for a stock that is still down 50% from 2008. Most employees have not received inflation increases in over 6 years. It's no wonder both past (D'Allesandro) and current CEO's are being sued in a class action law suit. The internal efficiency continues to worsen due to experienced people being let go. Mid level management is absolutely incompetent and make decisions solely on a will it hurt my career mentality....doom.

I have refused their 'return to work now' emails since Friday. I have no lawyer (yet) but I'm doing ok on my own. Truth is, that Manulife Customer Service job was just a front for me anyway. I'm secretly an artist. Well, it's not so secret anymore. I'm also very wise. After 10 years you see a lot. Funny, Manulife recorded all my calls for the last 10 years. Kind of interesting to imagine that they do own that. I was as wise/kind as I could be in every encounter.

I find with incompetent leadership I can spend more time looking for the leaked celebrity nude photos and catching up with my friends on Facebook. What other company can accord you such privilege and pay you to do it too. I am looking forward to the chaos the Standard Life acquisition is going to create. It has bought at least another year of political maneuvering and more time to surf for celebrity nudes! Long life incompetent leadership at Manulife.
