Shame on you Greg Fancher, Taco Bell Corp., and Yum Brands for another poor leadership decision!

Happy Cinco de Mayo Taco Bell Corp to all the service desk staff who was laid off so Taco Bell could spend millions on a mobile app.

On May 5th, 2016, Taco Bell Corporate announced the outsourcing of their Irvine, CA Global IT Service Desk. Hundreds of amazing and talented individuals being forced from their US jobs in order to save a few extra dollars and boost the India labor market. As companies prepare for the $15 dollar an hour labor force many companies like Taco Bell and Yum Brands prepare to outsource their higher paid talent to foreign countries. Taco Bell has partnered with Altos, formally Xerox to ship 10% of their Service Desk positions to North Dakota. The remaining 90% of the positions will be sent over to foreign labor markets thus again eliminating more American labor.
