Selling is exactly what will eventually happen. After splitting up the business units into seperate verticles, now the closing of jeff city and removing top-paying associates. They are positioning themselves for an buyout. The 150 layoffs of jefferson city and experienced associates happened....and the exact same day career fairs were going on to hire entry level people. Forget the 15-20 years of experience those people had with TA2000 and TRAC. Its all about numbers. That will more than likely come back to bite them in the a $$. Theres no way new associaes can provide the level of expertise that these experienced people had. I dont see how this wont negatively impact clients.
