HP Severance Pay

Does someone have info on a typical severance pay at HP. I work for a competitor and would like to compare the packages. In short, we get 1 week of pay for every year of tenure, and this is maxed out at 12 weeks. Also, you get 3 months of HC benefits for free and we provide all laid off people with job placement services through a vendor.

Corporate greed is alive and well @ Hurl and Puke. Limited term employees (up to 5 years) received a 30 day notice that they will be outsourced and will no longer be Hurl and Puke employees. Starting at the greed-ridden top of the fo out chain didn't occur to them.
