Thread regarding Heald College layoffs

Due to the economic turmoil, and extensive lawsuits, namely, the September 19th filing from consumer fraud for $568 million, how can Heald plan to insulate itself from liability? Heald Stockton, Heald Modesto and Heald Fresno were are mentioned. These schools, were specifically mentioned , as were the presidents for violating federal law in debt collection practices, by pulling students from class and going to their homes. Yes, Heald would be hard to sell currently with the September 19th filing, and many other issues.
