I read the reply under Camden Kid and it looks dead on. Thought you should know that more people in admissions were promoted to Vice Presidents last week. These folks have missed every single goal for years and they got promoted? How is that possible?

It sounds like UTI is following the same flight path as Anthem, Corinthian Colleges, and Education Management Corporation. UTI is not alone, even the largest US for-profit schools (like University of Phoenix) face more downsizing and possible bankruptcy in the long run.
