So so exhausted with these tinfoil hat conspiracy theory idiots thinking that there's some political agenda to this issue..."Oh man, why is President Obama picking on for-profits? It must be because of some big government conspitacy!" The worst are the ones who say "Oh, but public schools make money too! Why doesn't the government go after them??" When in fact public schools are subject to the exact same rules as for-profits. If you take title 4 FA funds, you have to follow the rules. And public schools don't have "recruiters" that actively persuade students into signing up, or shove unmanageable loans down their throats. Quit with the tinfoil conspiracies people, and wake up.
