Thread regarding PHH Corp. layoffs

Loss Mitigation Case Manager

I've heard that NJ Loss Mitigation is downsizing with possible layoffs coming our way. Anyone else heard this? It wouldn't surprise me with all the HELL our department is put through.

You have not seen anything yet as to what GE people will do to a company. Everything is the bottom line. It is all about numbers. No one is safe. If the economy gets robust again lose left working will be in real trouble. They will keep the work force at bare bones. Get out while you can.

If you're LAZY, PHH wants you to work for them. Those people are the one's they can manipulate and pay low wages to. PHH is the bottom dweller of the mortgage industry. Glen Messina is a total disgrace to humanity! Remember....NOONE IS SAFE....no matter how long you have worked there.

Anonymous40105, you hit the nail on the head. I am in processing and have over a decade with this once wonderful company. I often wonder if the guys from GE running the place are crack heads lol. But seriously, ever since Terry Edwards left, things have gotten worse every day. Morale is at its lowest ever. It is all about the stockholder value, we as employers do not matter. The BS we get from Glenn about being appreciated just verifies that "talk is cheap". I feel sick every moment I am there and after. It is ashame, the guys at the top do not give a crap about us no matter how hard we work.

If you stink at your job, you'll be fine. It's the good ones that need to worry.
