Why is this happening to MSFT? I got one word for you: "ValueAct". Technically that should be two words, maybe, whatever. Apparently, you don't have to learn grammar to become a millionaire hedge fund manager. You just have to be willing to destroy countless lives and laugh it off while you enjoy your hard earned money.

Satya Nadella turns into a bad cop. Ballmer should have done this long time ago, he depressed the stock price for too long. Now Nadella needs to go through hell of RIFs and change strategy while he's doing it. The morale is very low, people are scared and talent avoiding us.
