It is frustrating how the DH talk a big game about supporting the team but only seem to be worried about their own skin or sucking up to the other DH's.
They don't lead by example or support the common good. It is all about them (not even their team). They don't do the 5 foot rule with other employees, take group fitness classes from anyone other than the group fitness DH, hang out in the café together ect. Its like a Fraternity that only the cool kids can be in and the rest of the employee's are not important enough to warrant respect let alone be a part of the "team".
