Thread regarding Herzing University layoffs

I worked as an adjunct about a year ago and there was a LOT of grade fixing going on in the online general education department. The Dean at the time, Tom would call me at all hours of the night and yell at me that students who were not doing the work were not passing the class. When a student earned a F he changed the grade to a C so they would pass. When I questioned the ethics of this, and the way he spoke to me as being unprofessional, my contract was not renewed the next term.
