Does Strategic use call routing software that analyzes data about the potential likelihood that someone will give and then route the call to the best available rep?

Google skill based call routing dell read that. How start does it if your a suck up script reading idiot that are roommate's with the team leads they will route them good calls because they get the bonus money back in the form of smokes beer booze and even cash it ruined eau Claire just happy to see all those losers unemployed the day I got fired I told fanning hr lady I said if your firing the king of political fundraising you guess are going out of business 70 days later no eau Claire go figure?...
Hell yea they use it I worked eau Claire 2008 for a year ave per 155 come back in 2012 got my ass kicked by Travis kloss he would skill set me so bad I worked my ass off and a good weekend I would be lucky to pull 72 performance and I was the best caller and political junkie but I can't beat skill routing god couldn't beat it

That would explain how some very stupid people did exceptionally well when I worked there. They were butt kissers, which must be why they got the good ones.
Most call centers use intelligent call routing.
