I heard that DareenGold is still on board. Why are we paying him as a consultant??? He did nothing for our campuses?
I do like Matt, but was always surprised how he survived all this. He kept moving into positions that were obvious "saves". I'm happy for him as he is a pretty good guy, but I wish I had that deal too
The only person happy to see Eeva come back is Matt Ormond. He was the IT joke under John Richmond years ago when CCI bought Heald. He had zero IT skills and Carmella "then CIO" fired him and Eeva begged to give him a job at a Campus. He is a waste of blood!
This is all old news
Tina NEVER came to our campus. She just sent others. What a lack of support. And when all this with the AG happened, no guidance. It's clear she is out of her league. She should go back to being a campus Director of Career Services.
They were / are both there for only one reason. He is attached to an investment group. Eeva is attached to another. Looks like hers won out and will be our buyer. Announcement is coming sooner rather than later, I bet.
He's not a bad guy. He tried. But he just didn't have enough experience in this crazy world of education. I'm glad to see Eeva back. It was just bad timing for Darren Gold to come in and try new things or a different approach during such a heightened climate.
I heard the same thing
Ouch
Awesome. Now only if they would get rid of Tina Rivera who worked under him in career services. After a major layoff, she asked for a raise for having to be expected to do extra work. Only she would see an opportunity for herself in the demise of others. Says a lot about her character or lack thereof. She doesn't truly support career services. Just a lot of fancy games and smokey mirrors. Surface level, no substance management that leaves the teams with lack of guidance and doing more work. Cheerleader, that's about it. Thanks for nothing and probably getting an undeserved raised while we all didn't.
Eeva Deshon back as CEO
