Anybody noticed that older folks are being disproportionately targeted this go around?

The age was evident in layoffs in my department... 4 of the oldest out of 8 in my R and D team were let go....most likely had the highest salaries
Saw no sign of ageism. Young and old went in my office.
Someone I know was laid off and saw the list of people being laid off and it had your name, title and age on it. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
