I am in school right now but I am considering a career in Systems Integration. I had an internship with a mid-sided IT consulting company and I was considering applying at Accenture. I wanted to see if someone can tell me how much new Analysts make (NYC) as well as partner. Thank you for the information.

Here what that Reddit AMA had on compensation (keep in mind, this is 2011): "consulting can be very good financially, not super rich but very good. Starting pay is competitive, nice benefits (most people get 4 weeks a year vacation from the beginning). new partner pay is around 300k with equity. Senior partners make north of $1m cash plus equity"
200+ views, wow, I guess this is not a secret anymore. Here is a Reddit "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) from 2011 - "IAMA Accenture Partner, nearly 20 years, ask me (almost) anything" - http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/f8k40/iama_accenture_partner_nearly_20_years_ask_me/
New MD pay is around 300k w/equity. Senior partners make over a million in cash - add to that a ton of other revenue streams...
Total comp, entry level, around 300K - US/West
I think they start somewhere at $250K here in Mid West, the upper limit is in millions depending on your level - if you are a pre-IPO partner, you are likely in millions
