At least in 2014. Not sure about 2015 and beyond, but we are doing pretty good.

That's false. In 2014 Ameresco laid off over 100 people. So your statement about no layoffs in 2014 is so out.of touch. More layoffs have been happening in 2015 there as well. It's a slow sinking ship now and for those still there it be best to look to jump ship and salvage their careers.
