So here we are second quarter 2014 laying of good people because Ken Frazier says we need to downsize, yet a search Merck careers for West Point will yield 58 positions for hire, and if you check Agile 1 there are a host of contract positions available (not if you were laid off) where part of the so called plan was to cut outsourced services.
