700 dedicated employees out of jobs. Rural metro has closed all billing offices and outsourced our work to 3rd party vendors. The leadership within Rural Metro is a disaster and billing took the fall. What goes around comes around Rural Metro. Shame on you all.

there is a class action lawsuit in the process, a employee started laidoff8114@yahoo.com send them your info. If you were a employee and signed the severance package you have until tomorrow to call them and tell them you revoke your rights to it. By signing this agreement you sign away your rights for the WARN act federal as well as NY Sate. By these acts we are entitled to 60-90 days notice and pay with benefits. What they did is so wrong I was a employee and this should not stand.
Arizona, Indiana, and New York offices that I know off. Probably other smaller ones. Applicable supervisors and HR cut also.
