All three target vulnerable populations: people of color, single mothers, military veterans, immigrants, people with disabilities. Anthem is smaller (34 campuses) and is privately owned. CCi and Apollo Group/UoP are bigger and are publicly owned. Anthem wasn't on many analysts radars because private ownership is very opaque.
