What is wrong with the IBMers who are leading this charge! Good god - don't they see the numbers from SMB! All the VPs of SMB are from the competition !! Some how some way! The CEO and Head of SMB from IBM are being fed incorrect results the the VPs of SMB! Something smells rotten!
Agreed! Dealership staff are inept at delivering results! Dealership model created is a farce . In my tenure with PB I have never seen such a lack of regard for employees! Screw up and move up! That's the new model!!!!!

Thought out! The Dealerships are launched by inept PB staff! Have seen first hand why this is a failure. Too many mid level VPs with a high salary who protect each other from what is the truth!
