I quit today after learning I was being forced to a shift I didn't want with the new shift bid format.

Yes unionize. Give the upper management a reason to close strategic take the money and open a new business doing the exact same thing. That'll show them for sure!

The shift bids are to get people to quit, in my opinion. There was no need to do that, as everyone was working the schedules of their choosing already, with no conflicts. The rules are always changing. It is time to UNIONIZE and put an end to this manipulation.
