Has anyone heard if we will follow the Depot management structure or the Max structure? Max has one assistant manager, and two supervisors. Depot has three rotating associate managers. Wonder if there are pay differences. Is there an google group where we can talk about this stuff?

It appears more than likely we are following the Office Depot manager structure and bin system of over stock.
It appears June is going to be crazy for the company, and we will know the structure then and the process of selection and any layoffs/severance. May have to reapply for your jobs. If the company continues to run Max stores with Assistant Managers, they will switched to hourly to stop future lawsuits. Good news is we are hiring more people. Bad news is they are part timers. Sounds like everything will be squared away before heavy Back to School freight comes in. Omax stores will move away from the 1 truck a week platform. Depot will move away from the 5 trucks a week platform.
